Refund policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of food items once dispatched unless the item is damaged, defective, or sent in error. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at georgina@letseathumbl.ie with your order number and details of the issue.

Damaged / Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible with photos where relevant and we will make it right.

EU Cooling-Off Rights

Under EU consumer law, unopened non-perishable goods may be eligible for cancellation within 14 days of delivery. However, sealed food products that have been opened are not eligible for return for hygiene and food safety reasons.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
